A Foundation celebrated for its leadership in inclusion

Fondation Émergence has been recognized repeatedly for its dedication to advancing LGBTQ+ rights and inclusion. Among its many distinctions, it received the Droits et Libertés Award (Rights and Freedom) from the Commission des droits de la personne et des droits de la jeunesse (Quebec Human Rights and Youth Rights Commission), highlighting its significant impact in the fight against discrimination.

Its awareness campaigns, including the International Day Against Homophobia and Transphobia, are now observed in over 100 countries, showcasing the foundation’s international reach and its essential role in Quebec and beyond.
